Summit 106: 50/50
Let’s face it: Compromise sucks. That’s why Wagner’s new Summit 106 is so remarkable—it’s a ski that truly does it all, in-bounds and out. It’s light enough to skin to the summit and strong enough to rip the resort into shreds. It’s nimble on your feet with a forgiving feel, yet so torsionally strong that it will hold an edge on hardpack and plow through crud. Low-slung rocker and subtle tip taper make it float like a dream in fluff. And as always, it’s made with all the same top-notch materials as our full-custom skis, so it positively hums with that classic well-built Wagner feel . (Don’t just take our word for it—read Blister’s review here.)
More about the Summit 106: 50/50
All Summit 106 skis feature an aspen core, extra-thick bases, carbon-fiber torsion box construction, p-tex sidewalls, oversized hardened-steel edges, and your choice of a James Niehues, house, or artist series graphic. (Please note that a wood veneer or a custom graphic is not an option for Factory skis. If you would prefer either option, get started on your custom ski build here.)
